New Fire Pit Coming Soon!

We’re in the process of adding a brand new firepit to the beach! This firepit is a huge improvement to the previous beach one as it will be paved and have a pergola! We’re so excited to share the progress photos with you… stay tuned for more updates!

Pool area & deck - Newly Updated!

A fresh pool deck and enhancements to the pool area are complete! The revamped pool area includes new paint inside the pool, new tiling, and brand-new resurfacing on the pool deck!

New & Improved Riverfront RV Sites

Our riverfront sites have been extended and are now complete! Sites are between 60 and 75 feet deep depending on the site. This is a HUGE length upgrade! Take a look at our photos below!

Oasis Community Blacktop Paving

The Oasis Community (previously Sportland); the manufactured home section, has a brand-new look! We’ve put in new curbing and a new blacktop! Check out the before and after photos below.

Pirate Ship Play Area

The Beach Front Pirate Ship was updated last Summer. It’s the perfect place to let your kids play, climb, and explore. Keep an eye on them while you relax on the beach. It's a fun spot for kids to play in!

Giant Slide

The giant slide is one of the amenities that families rave about! We’ve tried hard to keep the existing slide up and going, but after several patches and attempts to fix it, the slide has been replaced with two brand-new side-by-side slides! Check out the before and after photos below!
