Apply for residency at Arizona Oasis  

We’re excited to have you start the process of joining the Arizona Oasis Community.

Many folks have fallen in love with the ease of making new friends, the activities & events and the warm winter weather.

Please read before you apply

Please be sure to fill out the application completely including a copy of your government issued ID and also income supporting documents.

If more than one applicant such as a spouse is also going to be occupying the home please fill out the residency application for each person. Each individual needs their own email address.

We encourage everyone to have a good wifi connection and laptop if possible to make the application process easier.

Please be watching your email for an invitation to complete a background/credit check.

There is a fee to process these reports accessed by Transunion Smart Move. The invitation will also include an attachment of instruction on how to order these reports.

You may also receive an email requesting further documentation.

Applications are processed in the order received. Incomplete applications will delay the processing time.

Once the application and all reports are completed and evaluated please watch your email notification for approval or denial.
