Winter Rental Permit Program
We offer an option for you to rent your home to offset your ownership costs. Qualified buyers may apply for a rental permit on an eligible home.
With this program:
Rental permits are valid October 1st - April 1st annually
Permits are issued once a year in August 1st for the upcoming winter season
Home must be 2015 or newer
Home must meet quality standards and pass rental ready inspection
