Owning a Home at Arizona Oasis

It’s easier than ever before to have a getaway home!

Getaway homes at Arizona Oasis are pre-built homes that range from one to three bedrooms.

Built to the same quality standards as a traditional home, these homes have a couple key benefits over a traditional home. They are more energy efficient, they are lower maintenance and you won’t have a huge mortgage like you would with a traditional second home.

Once you buy your getaway, Arizona Oasis will lease the land to you — similar to an HOA fee.

You’ll get to enjoy all the amenities the resort provides without needing to do any of the upkeep. No pool cleaning fees or boat launch maintenance — we’ve got you covered!
