You lease the land your home is on, so you don’t have to pay property taxes.
You can access our resort amenities including the pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, and riverfront.
Your tiny home will have minimal yard work and other upkeep!
Get Out & Play After Hours
Even though you’re in town for work, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get to enjoy your time when you are off the clock! Arizona Oasis is right on the Colorado River, so wherever you stay in the resort, you’ll be within walking distance of the water.
